Well, Commanwealth has been going really good! I have a paper and book to finish, and Book of Mormon reading to catch up on, and reading two new books!
This last week we read The Richest Man in Babylon by George S. Clayson. I tottaly reccomend that book to those who want to learn how to save money, it has some really good principles in it, and it is told in story form. I really loved it! One of my favorites so far.
I am really excited for this next semester of Shakespeare! We are going to perform a Midsummer night's dream, and I have been asked to be the assistant director! I am really looking forward to auditions, and to talking with the director about my ideas. Maybe later on I could direct my own play, who knows? This will help me to improve my acting skills, and by walking in the director's shoes once in a while, I will have a better perspective, and see things from other points of view.
For the play, our class has decided that we will place the time period in the Jane Austen era. I am really excited, because I had performed earlier in Pride and Predjudice, I will be familiar with the customs and manner of that time period. I can't wait to start!
I'll post updates about the play, (when I have free time of course) and will post lots more later!
